Along with the rest of the world, we are adjusting to a temporary new way of life while we face the unprecedented challenges and unique changes that the COVID-19 pandemic brings us all and our thoughts are with all of you who are affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the difficulties it is creating.

From the beginning of this situation, we have followed the advice provided by the Government and have therefore temporarily closed our office until further notice. However, the team fully equipped to work remotely from home so we are still open for business for all new and current customers and enquiries.

Our main priority is the safety of our Concept family including customers, employees, site team, subcontractors and their families. With this in mind, and in light of the Governments advice, all our construction sites have been shut down with no work taking place until we are over this pandemic and the restrictions are lifted.   This also means our show homes are also closed with all business being conducted via phone, email or video conferencing.

For anyone interested in making an enquiry about buying a Concept home, we are very much available to take those enquiries so please do continue to register your interest either directly or via the website.

Should any of our customers recently moved into, or already living in a Concept home, require any emergency assistance we are on hand to do what we can but please note that any non essential works will not take place until these difficult times become easier and we are on hand to deal with each customer regarding this individually.
