To achieve the best results, we invest considerable time and effort into forging strong relationships with architects whose work is complemented by our in-house interior design team, Concept Interiors. This enables us to create stylish living spaces, irrespective of whether the interior is modern or classical, or the architecture traditional or contemporary.

Guarantee

All of our properties are built to the highest of standards and come with the reassurance of a 10 year guarantee. Concept Developments is also an approved and registered house builder with two warranty providers; NHBC, BLP and Premier Guarantee, to ensure your home is fully protected.

Technology

Every Concept home incorporates technology options that are designed to enhance your living space, both now and in the future. Our specifications change with each development, but all properties include dimmer switches and pre-wiring for Sky TV and audio systems such as Sonos. Some of our properties also feature fully automated smart home systems incorporating lighting control, remote door entry, heating control and home cinema, to create a truly integrated home.
